This guide covers reporting server disconnect logs to Hypixel on Minecraft 1.21+ only.
Players have improved server disconnect logs in Minecraft 1.21+. Unfortunately, this information can't be automatically sent to us. Therefore, we require you to send a bug report with the attached logs. Please follow the steps below to locate and send your disconnect logs.

If you are already on the Minecraft disconnect screen you can easily open your disconnect report directory by clicking the "Open Report Directory" button pictured below:
For Windows Users
Open the Run Dialog
- Press
Win + R
on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Enter the Path
- Type
%appdata%
and pressEnter
. This will open the Roaming folder within AppData.
Navigate to Minecraft Debug Logs
- In the Roaming folder, locate and open the
.minecraft
folder. - Inside the
.minecraft
folder, you will find thedebug
folder which contains the Minecraft disconnect files.
Attach the Most Recent Disconnect File
- Locate the most recent disconnect log file and attach it to your bug report by dragging the file and dropping it in the reply box, or by clicking the "Attach files" button at the bottom of the reply box and navigating to the relevant file.
For macOS Users
Open Finder
- Click on the Finder icon in the dock.
Go to Folder
- From the top menu, select
Go
and thenGo to Folder...
.
Enter the Path
- Type
~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
and pressreturn
.
Navigate to Minecraft Logs
- In the
minecraft
folder, locate and open thedebug
folder to find the Minecraft log files.
Attach the Most Recent Disconnect File
- Locate the most recent disconnect log file and attach it to your bug report by dragging the file and dropping it in the reply box, or by clicking the "Attach files" button at the bottom of the reply box and navigating to the relevant file.
