If you have lost any items, coins, or progress in SkyBlock, please read through this article to see what you can do to resolve the issue and prevent it from happening again.
Note: This support service will not be able to return lost items or progress in SkyBlock.
Lost Items/Progress Due to a Bug or Glitch
- Items disappeared from inventory
- Coins disappeared
- Lost item in auction house
- Any other scenario where items/progress were lost due to a bug
The Hypixel support team will not be able to return items, progress, or money if it was lost due to a bug or glitch. Please report the bugs to the Hypixel Bug Reports section HERE so that developers and the Bugs Team can investigate.
Keep in mind that SkyBlock is currently under heavy development, and it may not always be possible to return items, coins, or progress that is lost.
Lost Items Due to a Scam
- Deal with another player resulted in a scam
- Player did not give items that were promised
- Player stole items
Unfortunately, if you have lost any items due to a scam, they will not be able to be returned. Please make sure that you are only making deals with players that you absolutely trust.
You can report a player for scamming by using the /report command on the server, and then selecting the appropriate type of chat where discussions regarding the deal took place.

Co-op Island Was Griefed and Items/Money Was Lost
- Account was compromised
- Co-op member took items/progress
- Island was destroyed
Sadly, items cannot be returned if your island was griefed or items/money was stolen from it.

Lost Items/Progress on Accident
- Accidentally pressed your drop key
- Accidentally sold to merchant
- Accidentally misplaced
- Any other scenario where an item/progress was accidentally lost
Unfortunately, any misplaced, dropped, or otherwise accidentally lost items/progress cannot be replaced. To avoid this in the future, please make sure that you are careful with your valuable items and store them in a safe location that you will not forget about.
